After lots of leaks, Samsung has finally launched the Galaxy A13 5G officially in the US and it comes with nice specs and features which we’ll go through in this article. The Samsung Galaxy A13 5G is part of Samsung’s effort to make 5G smartphones affordable to everyone and this is the company’s cheapest 5G phone as of now.

The Samsung Galaxy A13 5G is going to be available for sale online from AT&T tomorrow for just $250 or $6.95 per month on a three-year installment plan. For now, it is not going to be available on any other carrier till January when it will arrive at T-Mobile.

Under the hood, the Galaxy A13 5G draws its power from the octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 700 5G (7nm) chipset coupled with the Mali G57 MC2 GPU. It is paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage with micro SD card support. As for software, it runs on Android 11 with One UI skin on top.
On the front, the Samsung Galaxy A13 5G sports a 6.5 inches IPS LCD that has a FHD resolution with an adaptive refresh rate of up to 90 Hz. The screen has a V-shaped notch that houses the 5MP selfie camera.
On the rear, is a triple camera setup that features a 50MP main camera alongside two 2MP macro and depth cameras. It can record 1080p videos at 30 fps.


Design-wise, the Galaxy A13 5G is not anything extravagant. It comes in a nice plastic body that has a thickness of 8.8 mm. It has a down-firing single speaker, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for biometric security as well as face unlock.
The Samsung Galaxy A13 5G is backed by a fairly huge 5,000 mAh battery that has support for 15W fast charging via its USB-C port.
