Redmi is the sub-brand of the popular Chinese smartphone manufacturer, Xiaomi and they are known for making great affordable smartphones in different tiers. Some weeks back, Redmi launched its new Note 11 series which comprises the Redmi Note 11 5G, Note 11 Pro, and Note 11 Pro+. Now, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 4G has been launched and it comes as the cheapest phone in the Note 11 series but lacks 5G connectivity which was expected.

Redmi Note 11 4G Price and Availability
The Redmi Note 11 4G is priced at CNY 999 (≈$155 or €140) and CNY 1,099 (≈$170 or €155) for the 4GB 128GB model and 6GB 128GB model respectively. It is available in three colors: Carbon Gray, Pebble White, and Sea Blue. This phone will go on sale in China from December 1. There’s no information on global availability yet.
Redmi Note 11 4G Specs and Features
Looking at the specifications, the Redmi Note 11 4G doesn’t seem to be an entirely new smartphone as it shares almost the same specs as the more budget-friendly Redmi 10. There’s only a little difference between the two phones.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 4G sports a 6.5 inches IPS LCD that has a FHD+ resolution with a refresh rate of up to 90 Hz. The screen has a tiny punch-hole cutout at the top center which helps to house the 8MP selfie camera.
The phone has a triple rear camera setup that features a 50MP main camera alongside an 8MP ultrawide camera and a 2MP macro camera. As for video, both the rear and selfie camera caps out at 1080p 30 fps.
Under the hood, the Redmi Note 11 4G is powered by the MediaTek Helio G88 SoC coupled with the Mali G52 MC2 GPU. It is paired with either 4GB or 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage with micro SD card support. The phone runs on Android 11 with MIUI 12.5 skin on top straight out of the box.
The Redmi Note 11 4G comes with a 5,000 mAh non-removable battery. As for charging, it has support for 18W fast charging and 9W reverse charging via its USB-C port.
As for connectivity, it comes with dual-band Wi-Fi 5, Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, and infrared port.
Amongst other features, it has dual stereo speakers, a 3.5 mm headphone jack, and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for biometric authentication.
