Motorola is an American technology company owned by Lenovo and it is known for its relatively affordable and high-value smartphones in the market. Now, Motorola has finally launched the Motorola Moto Tab G62 after lots of teasing, which is great.

The Moto Tab G62 comes with a 10.6-inch display, a mid-range Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset, a good enough camera, and a large battery with fast charging. It is also one of the most affordable Android tablets that anyone can buy right now.

Looking at the tablet, it is evident that Motorola decided to go with a very simple design with the rear panel having a dual-tone finish. The body is made from high-grade aluminum with water repellent coating and it is also lightweight and has a slim profile.

Upfront, the Moto Tab G62 sports a 10.6 inches IPS LCD display that has a 2K resolution of 2000 x 1200 pixels with 200 PPI density and a 60Hz refresh rate. It also has a 5 by 3 aspect ratio with noticable bezels around the screen.

Google Brings Generative AI to Chrome

Under the hood, the Moto Tab G62 draws its power from the octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 4G chipset. It has a maximum clock speed of 2.4 GHz coupled with the Adreno 610 GPU.
The tablet comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage with a dedicated micro SD card slot for expanding the storage if need be.

At the rear, there’s a single 8MP ultrawide camera with f/2.2 aperture, AutoFocus, and 118° field of view. It doesn’t have a LED flash accompanying it. On the front, there is also an 8MP selfie camera.

The Moto Tab G62 comes with a 7,700 mAh non-removable battery that has support for 20W fast charging via its USB Type-C port. The tablet comes with four speakers, Dolby Atmos, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

As usual, there is going to be an LTE version and also a Wi-Fi-only version for users to pick from when they are purchasing the tablet.

As of launch, the Motorola Moto Tab G62 price starts at around $201 (€198 or INR 15,999) for the Wi-Fi only model and $226 (€223 or INR 17,999) for the LTE model.
