Tecno has finally unveiled the Tecno Spark 20, and it comes in as the latest addition to the Tecno Spark series following the Spark 20C. The Tecno Spark 20 comes with some interesting features like a 90 Hz refresh rate display, 18W fast charging, and 256GB of storage. In this article, we’ll discuss the Tecno Spark 20 features, specs, and price.
Tecno Spark 20 Features
Looking at the phone, you can’t help but notice the 6.6-inch IPS LCD screen that has an HD+ resolution with a 90 Hz refresh rate. At the top centre, there is a tiny punch hole cutout. Just like recent Tecno phones, this has the Dynamic Port which shows notifications and other info around the cutout similar to the iPhone’s Dynamic Island.
Under the hood, the Tecno Spark 20 is powered by the MediaTek Helio G85 chipset which is built on a 12nm node and has a max clock speed of 2.0 GHz. The phone comes with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage with a micro SD slot to expand it further.
The phone comes running on Android 13 with HiOS skin on top.
On the rear, there is a dual camera setup that features a 50MP main camera and a secondary AI camera (probably a gimmick). On the front, there is a 32MP selfie camera tucked in a punch-hole cutout at the top centre of the screen.
There is a fingerprint scanner embedded in the power button for seamless biometric authentication.
The Tecno Spark 20 comes with a 5,000 mAh battery, and it has support for 18W fast charging via its USB-C port. The phone comes with Bluetooth 5.2, Wi-Fi 5, and 4G LTE. There is a 3.5 mm headphone jack present.
Surprisingly, the phone comes with IP53 certification which should give it a level of protection against splashes and dust.
As for colors, the phone is available in Gravity Black, Cyber White, Neon Gold, and Magic Skin Blue.
Tecno Spark 20 Price and Availability
As of now, the Tecno Spark 20 price has not been unveiled by the company but I expect it to be available in all the markets that Tecno is present in.
