Apple held its peak performance event yesterday which feature different devices that were introduced into the tech space. At the event, the new green colour for iPhone 13 and 13 pro was announced, The iPhone SE came with special 2022 editions, Ipad Air 5,Mac studio and studio display was also announced. In this post, I’ll quickly give a recap of the different features of the launched devices at the Apple event.
iPhone 13 and 13 pro New colours
Apple has introduced new colours to the iPhone 13 lineups. These new additions made the total colours for the iPhone 13 for the first time six in numbers. The green colour of the iPhone 13 and 13 pro will be available for pre-orders starting from Friday, March 11th and it is priced starting with $699 for the iPhone mini, $799 for the iPhone 13, $999 for iPhone 13 pro and $1099 for the iPhone 13 pro max.
iPhone SE 2022
The Apple special edition for 2022 was also announced at the Apple event yesterday. The Apple special edition was known to be an edition designed especially for low budget users. The new iPhone SE feature the new A15 Bionic chip found in iPhone 13 which comes with 6-cores CPU, and 4 cores GPU.
It features 5G support, and comes with a 4.7-inch LCD with a resolution of 1334×750. The iPhone SE 2022 memory is not known but it is expected to feature the same storage on the old iPhone SE 2020 which is 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB.
It features a single camera at the back with 12MP f/1.8 sensors which support digital zoom up to 5X with a front selfie camera of 7MP f/2.2 sensor.
iPad Air 5
The iPad Air now comes with the iPad pro M1 chip. It comes with the same design as the previous iPad version but with a greater upgrade.
The iPad Air 5 processor features an 8-core CPU that is 60% faster than the A14 Bionic and the GPU is two times faster than the one on the MacBook air base model.
The iPad Air 5 comes with a selfie camera 12MP ultrawide that now support centre stage while making video calls.
Apple announced at the event that the iPad Air 5 will last for 24hours all day to keep your creativity flowing and it is priced at $599
Mac studio and Studio display
Apple announced the Mac studio is specially designed for professionals. The Mac studio comes with new M1 chip versions. M1 max and M1 ultra chipset. The M1 Ultra is a combination of two M1 max chipsets providing the users with 128GB RAM, 8x better graphics performance than the M1 chip.
The Mac studio is a 3.7-inch x 7.7-inch aluminium box that houses the most powerful pc in the world. It comes with 4 thunderbolt ports, 10GB Ethernet port, 2 types A ports HDMI port and 3.5mm headphone jack.
On performance, the apple mac studio has a 60% faster CPU than a 26core Intel Mac pro. The graphics as well offers 80% faster graphics than the best graphics on any Mac pro.
The studio display was also announced which support a 5K display, 12MP ultrawide camera, Dolby Atmos and A13 bionic chip to enhance its display and it is priced for $1599
