Earlier on Tuesday, Emerging Markets Telecommunication Services Ltd (EMTS) already informed its customers that name change of the company will not affects its operations and now, Etisalat has just changed its name to 9mobile at an executive meeting held in Lagos two hours ago, the name 9Mobile was adopted and all staff across the country are being notified of the change of name.
According to the new chief executive Boye olusanya he said on tuesday that; What is most important now is to ensure that the business runs and meets its obligations. He said that the telecom company is focused on getting the business back on track.
