I strongly recommend you take full CWM backup of your older rom so that you can revert if anything goess wrong.

After downloading,move the zip file to the root of your memory card.
==>boot your phone to recovery mode(volume up+power)then,use the volume keys to scroll up&down.
==>Go to wipe data/factory reset and wipe it all
==>Wipe cache partition
==>Go to advanced and wipe Dalvik cache
==>And also,wipe battery stats
It has the same features with the older one i posted with you earlier just that the older one cant work on phantom A+.
