Display

The Vivo V30 sports a 6.78-inch AMOLED display that has a 1260p resolution with a 120Hz high refresh rate.

The panel has support for HDR10+, and it can reach up to 2,800 nits of brightness. A Schott Alpha glass protects the screen, and there is an in-display fingerprint sensor for biometric authentication.

Design

Most like other Vivo smartphones, the Vivo V30 is designed very well, and it still manages to have a sleek and slim profile despite its battery capacity.

The build quality is still good enough, and the phone is IP54 certified so it can resist a bit of water and dust.

The phone comes in four colors: Bloom White, Noble Black, Lush Green, and Waving Aqua, and each has a distinct and unique finish.

Processor and Memory

Under the hood, the phone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 which is considered to be the best mid-range chipset from Qualcomm.

The processor is paired with either 8GB or 12GB of RAM, and it comes with 128GB, 256GB, or 512GB of internal storage. Sadly, there is no micro SD card slot for expanding the storage.

Now, it is time to go to the camera department, and I can do nothing but applaud the approach that Vivo took. Rather than having multiple gimmicky cameras, they just kept effort into having 3 solid cameras.

There is a dual rear camera setup, and it features a 50MP main sensor with a 50MP ultra-wide sensor. The ultra-wide sensor comes with auto-focus, so it doubles as a macro camera.
On the front, there is also a 50MP sensor for all your selfie needs, and it also comes with auto-focus.

Battery and Charging

The Vivo V30 comes with a 5,000 mAh battery, and it now comes with support for 80W FlashCharge.
It is expected to take the phone from 0% to 100% in just 48 minutes.

It comes with Wi-Fi 6, Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth 5.4, and NFC. The phone has a USB 2.0 type C port with OTG support.

Software

The Vivo V30 comes running on Android 14 with FuntouchOS 14 skin on top.

Vivo made a promise to offer a “50-month smooth experience” as for software, so the phone is expected to have software support for the next 4 years.

Vivo V30 Price and Availability

Unfortunately, Vivo did not announce the Vivo V30 price during its launch. This means that the pricing will depend on the launch in each region.

The phone is not yet available, but Vivo is expected to launch it across 30 countries once they are well prepared.
