After lots of teasing and leaks, Honor has launched the Honor 100 Pro alongside the Honor 100 in the new Honor 100 series. The Honor 100 Pro comes in as the direct successor to the Honor 90 Pro that was launched a couple of months ago. The phone is packed with lots of premium features that we will take a look at in this article.
Honor 100 Pro Features
Looking at the Honor 100 Pro, you can’t help but notice how beautiful the display looks with its quad-curved edges and pill-shaped punch-hole cutout. The display itself is a 6.78 OLED 10-bit panel with up to 120Hz high refresh rate and a peak brightness of 2,600 nits. It has an in-display fingerprint sensor for biometric authentication.
Now, let’s talk about the headlining feature, the presence of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. Though it’s one generation older, the chipset offers considerable improvements in graphics and CPU performance when compared to its predecessor. The processor is paired with 12GB or 16GB of RAM and either 256GB, 512GB, or 1TB of internal storage with no room for expansion, but I don’t think you’d need that. Honor added a cooling chamber so overheating is expected to not go overboard and affect performance drastically.
There is a 5,000 mAh battery powering the phone, and it comes with support for 100W fast charging which can take it to 50% in just 10 minutes. The phone now shows why it’s the “Pro” by adding support for 66W fast wireless charging which should charge the phone fully in just 48 minutes.
On the rear, you’ll find the triple camera setup. The main camera is a 50MP IMX906 sensor with f/1.95 aperture. It is accompanied by a 12MP ultra-wide camera and a 50MP telephoto camera. As for the selfie, there is a 50MP sensor tucked in the pill-shaped cutout.
The phone comes running on Android 13 with MagicOS 7.2 skin on top. As for connectivity, it brings Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, and NFC. It also brings Honor’s custom C1 chip which improves internet and call quality in tough situations.

Honor 100 Pro Price and Availability
The Honor 100 Pro price is set at $475, $525, $550, and $675 for the 12GB/256GB model, 16GB/256GB model, 16GB/512GB model, and 16GB/1TB model respectively. The phone is now on sale in China and we’re awaiting information on global pricing and availability.
