Oppo A92s is the first smartphone that will be launched with MediaTek Dimensity 800 5G chipset. Therefore making it support 3G/4G/5G network. The Oppo A92s surfaced on Oppo’s official store in China some days back. After some research, I’ll be highlighting the specs of the Oppo A92s in this post. It has a lot of amazing specs which was revealed on the official store.

Display and Build
The Oppo A92s sports a 6·57 inches IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen. It has a 1080×2400 pixels resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio and 401 ppi density. The Oppo A92s has a 120Hz refresh rate which will promise smooth gaming and screen experience.
Coming to the build, the Oppo A92s has a glass front, plastic back and plastic frame. There is a side mounted fingerprint sensor embedded in to the power button.
Processor and Memory
The Oppo A92s is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 800 5G chipset that features 4 cores clocked at 2.0 GHz and another 4 cores clocked at 2.0 GHz. It features the Mali G57 MP4 GPU for gaming and graphics.
The Oppo A92s happens to be the first smartphone to use the MediaTek Dimensity 800 5G chipset.
Coming to the memory, the Oppo A92s has a 6GB or 8GB RAM variant all coupled with 128GB of internal storage. There may be increased internal storage variant but there’s no info about that.
Camera
The Oppo A92s has a quad rear camera setup with 48MP(wide) + 8MP(ultrawide) + 2MP(depth) + 2MP(macro) sensors which can record 4K UHD at 30 fps. This camera setup takes up a square shape at the back of the phone.
On the front, the Oppo A92s has a dual selfie camera setup with 16MP(wide) + 2MP(depth) sensor. The depth sensors will actually make it have a better portrait photo.
Network and Connectivity
The Oppo A92s has 3G/4G/5G network in it for downloading and surfing the web.
It comes with Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, WiFi 6, WiFi Direct, Hotspot and the USB type C port which helps in data sharing.
Battery and Charging
The Oppo A92s is backed by a non removable Li-Po 3890 mAh battery with 20W fast charge. It charges via the USB type C port at the bottom. It doesn’t support wireless charging.
Software
The Oppo A92s runs on Color OS 7·0 based on Android 10.
Others
The Oppo A92s has a side mounted fingerprint sensor which was embedded in the power button. It also retains the 3·5 mm headphone jack.
Price
The Oppo A92s price on Oppo’s official store was about 290 EUR which is equivalent to N121,354·11.
