A few weeks back, Tecno Mobiles launched the Tecno Pop 4 as the successor to the Tecno Pop 3, and now, they’ve launched the Tecno Pop 4 Pro. The Tecno Pop 4 Pro is an advanced version of the normal Tecno Pop 4. It comes with some noticeable upgrades like the presence 4G LTE network, a dual rear camera, and larger display size. Upfront, you’re welcomed with a 6.52 inches TFT LCD display that has a resolution of 540 × 1200 Pixels. The display has a waterdrop notch that houses the selfie camera with minimal bezels. At the rear, you’d see the dual camera, the fingerprint sensor, “Tecno” & “Pop” branding and the speaker.
Tecno Pop 4 Pro is powered by the quad-core MediaTek MT6739WA which has a maximum clock speed of 1.3 GHz. It comes with 1GB of RAM which is not sufficient for multitasking and 16GB of internal storage which is expandable up to 128GB using a micro SD card.
At the rear, you’d find the new dual-camera setup that features an 8MP main camera and a 0.3MP depth camera which aids bokeh effects. At the front, there’s an 8MP camera for taking selfies and video calls.
Both the rear and selfie cameras can record 720p videos at 30 fps.
The Tecno Pop 4 Pro comes with a huge 5,000 mAh battery which can last you up to 3 days. Unfortunately, there’s no official info stating if it supports fast charging. It does support fast 4G LTE network which lets you access high internet speeds when browsing and downloading.
This Tecno Pop 4 Pro smartphone comes with face unlock and a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor for biometric security.
