Yesterday, Xiaomi officially launched the Xiaomi 11 Lite Vitality Edition which is dubbed as the slimmest Xiaomi 5G phone ever. The Xiaomi 11 Lite Vitality Edition is priced at CNY 1,999 (≈$315) which is quite affordable considering its specifications. The phone will go on sale today and will be available via Xiaomi’s official website and other partner retailers in China.


Xiaomi 11 Lite Vitality Edition Specs
The most prominent feature of the Xiaomi 11 Lite Vitality Edition is its sleek and attractive design with a thickness of 6.81 mm. The phone has an AG glass material on its rear with an aluminum frame that houses a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
It has a thickness of 6.81 mm and comes in at 157 grams of weight. The phone is available in four color options which are: White, Blue, Pink, and Black.


On the front, the Xiaomi 11 Lite Vitality Edition sports a 10-bit 6.55 inches AMOLED display that has a FHD resolution with a 90 Hz refresh rate and 240 Hz touch sampling rate. The display has DCI-P3 wide color gamut coverage, HDR10+ support, Dolby Vision support and can go up to 800 nits of brightness in certain scenarios. The screen is protected by the Gorilla Glass 5 and has a tiny punch-hole cutout at the top left corner.


Under the hood, the Xiaomi 11 Lite Vitality Edition is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G chipset coupled with the Adreno 642L GPU. It is paired with 8GB of RAM and either 128GB or 256GB of internal storage. The phone runs on Android 11 with MIUI 12.5 skin on top.


On the rear, the Xiaomi 11 Lite Vitality Edition has a triple camera setup that features a 64MP main camera, an 8MP ultrawide camera, and a 5MP telephoto macro camera. The telephoto macro camera gives 2X zoom and 3cm close-ups.


On the front, is a 20MP camera tucked in the punch-hole cutout for all your selfie and video calls need. The rear camera can record 4K videos while the selfie camera is capped at 1080p up to 60 fps.
On the inside, this phone packs a 4,250 mAh battery that has support for 33W fast charging and QuickCharge4+ via its USB-C port.


As for connectivity, it comes with support for 5G sub6 bands, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, 2×2 MIMO, NFC, and GPS. It also has Xiaomi’s signature IR blaster. Unfortunately, there’s no 3.5 mm headphone jack so you need a dongle.
