Design-wise, the Oppo Reno 3 Pro is a beautiful and premium-looking smartphone. As for the build, it comes in a polycarbonate body which is a shocker considering its price. It has a thickness of 8.1 mm and weighs about 175 grams. The rear houses the quad-camera and Oppo’s branding. On the sides, you get the regular 3.5 mm audio jack, USB C port, mic, and speaker grille.

Display

Coming to the display, the Oppo Reno 3 Pro sports a beautiful 6.4 inches Super AMOLED display with a FHD+ resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and 405 PPI density. The screen is protected by the Corning Gorilla Glass 5. Also, there’s a cutout at the top left corner of the display to house the dual selfie camera.

Processor and Memory

The Oppo Reno 3 Pro is powered by the octa-core MediaTek Helio P95 chipset that has a maximum clock speed of 2.2 GHz coupled with PowerVR GM9446 GPU.
As for memory and storage, it comes with a huge 8GB of RAM and either 128GB or 256GB of internal storage. Despite the large storage options, it also has a dedicated micro SD card slot for expanding the storage.

Camera

Coming to the camera, the Oppo decided to take things to another level. The quad rear camera setup features a 64MP main camera, a 13MP 2X telephoto camera, an 8MP ultrawide camera, and a 2MP black & white portrait camera. It can record videos at 4K @ 30 fps, 1080p @ 30/60 fps and 720p @ 30/60 fps.
On the front, we have a dual setup that features a 44MP ultra-clear selfie camera and a 2MP depth camera for portraits. The selfie camera can record 1080p videos at 30 fps.

Battery and Charging

The Reno 3 Pro comes with a 4,025 mAh non-removable Li-Po battery. And it has support for 30W VOOC 4.0 fast charging which can charge the phone to 50% in 20 minutes.

Network and Connectivity

Oppo Reno 3 Pro comes with support for fast 4G LTE network and supports the following LTE bands: 1, 3, 5, 7, 8, 20, 28, 38, 40, 41.
It comes with dual-band Wi-Fi 5, Wi-Fi direct, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, and FM radio. It has a USB type C port with OTG support.
