GTB Debiting Its Customers For Airtime They Didn’t Purchase

Even with the recession of the economy all what financial institution could do is to impose outrageous charges on its customers.

Last week I published an article stating there how GTB removed certain amount of money from its customer account from using their NIBSS platform. As if that was not enough another outrageous charges came up june23 as they send a message stating that their customers bought airtime via ATM while the card is not credited.

A faithful blogreader complied a short article for them and I guess if this goes viral they will look into the matter of this outrageous charges.

Here is the article;
;;;;;;;;
Gtb is becoming unscrupulous with the act of debiting customers for undue services and this unscrupulous act must stop.

“Gtb  should know that Nigerians are not fools, if they are tired of existing they should merge or beg to be acquired by another bank instead of making the poor masses pay through their noses.

On the 22nd of june 2016, I received debit alert of #1000, showing that I bought airtime via my account… on getting to the customer service the next day to lodge complain of this irregularity, I was told,the deduction was for a transaction performed on the 23rd of may 2016.

And my question is, if actually the  transaction took place in may why the deduction in june ?

I wouldn’t have raised this alarm but hearing this same testimony from another GTB account holder, made me think GTB is taking us for a ride!

#UnecessaryDeductionsMustStop”

If you have same issues don’t hesitate to share this post or better still meet their customer online service.;;;;;;;;;;
