How To Reset Your Modem Counter to Zero (Huawei)
1.go HERE and get your hash code sign in with your gmail account then click on the Google plus(G+) icon to get the hash code.just copy and save somewhere because, you will be needing it later.
2.download DC unlocker Heremake sure your modem is connected.then,lunch dcunlocker client it should automatically detect your modem if not,search for your modem manually.
3.this where you have to be very careful just below the dcunlocker menu check that from the screenshot input this code.
AT^CARDUNLOCK=”your NEW/OLD ALGO HASH
