You have to follow my steps or else it wont get it.
1. Download fb0tools v2.zip
2. For window xp,7,8,8.1 download the latest java runtime environment HERE
3. Install java runtime then extract the zip file then locate drivers inside the drivers,copy win32com.dll to WINDOWS/PROGRAM FILES(X86)/JAVA/JRE8/BIN
and also, copy java.comproperties to WINDOWS/PROGRAM FILES(X86)/JAVA/JRE8/LIB
4. Restart your pc then go ahead and create a dailup connectionlike this;

you can also use *99# as your dailup number if the older fails to connect.
step5. Run fb0tools as administrator make sure your modem is connected then,close your modem interface.lunch the fb0 tools and enjoy…if you encounter any problem like java runtime environment not found,jre problem just comment through the comment box we love your comments.feel free to share with your friends.
